Floating Above the Moc Chau Plateau: My Unforgettable Visit to the Moc Chau Glass Bridge
Moc Chau Glass Bridge & my awesome experience with it
As a travel enthusiast, I recently had the opportunity to visit the Moc Chau Glass Bridge, the the world’s longest one by Guiness Records, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The bridge is located in the heart of the Moc Chau Plateau, a region known for its stunning natural beauty, and the bridge itself offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

The Moc Chau Glass Bridge or also called Bach Long Glass Bridge is a relatively new addition to the area, having been opened on 28th May 2022 to welcome local & foreign travellers doing trip to Son La province. It’s 632 meters long including the bridge & a bend along the mountain cliffs, and suspended 150 meters above the deep abyss, offering visitors a thrilling and unique way to experience the breathtaking beauty of the region. As I stepped onto the glass floor of the bridge, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of exhilaration and awe at the stunning views all around me.
One of the things that struck me most about the Moc Chau Glass Bridge is the way that it blends in seamlessly with the natural environment. The bridge is designed to be as unobtrusive as possible, with a sleek, modern design that complements the surrounding landscape. The use of glass in the construction of the bridge is particularly impressive, as it allows visitors to see through to the valley below, giving the impression of walking on air.
As I made my way across the bridge, I was treated to sweeping views of the valley and surrounding mountains. The Moc Chau Plateau is known for its stunning natural beauty, with rolling hills, lush forests, and vibrant flowers as far as the eye can see. From the vantage point of the bridge, I was able to take in all of this and more, feeling as though I was floating above the landscape.

For those who are afraid of heights, the Moc Chau Glass Bridge may be a bit of a challenge. However, the bridge is designed to be as safe as possible, with multiple layers of reinforced glass and a sturdy steel frame. Visitors are also required to wear shoe covers to prevent any scratches or damage to the glass surface. With a little bit of courage and a lot of trust in the engineering, the views from the bridge are absolutely worth it.
After the bridge, slopping down the valley, there is a beautiful cave named Muong Moc, which offer me with tons of photos of pristine stalactites & stalagmites.

If anyone loves to do some adventure activities, there are a few of ziplines operating for their great adventure sliding down thru the lush valley surrounded by rolling hills.
