The detailed itinerary of 12 day Cheerful Vietnam Family Holiday
Day 1. Hanoi Arrival.Overnight in Hanoi Capital (D)
Welcome to Hanoi: Vietnam’s bustling colonial capital. Our tourguide will meet you at the arrival terminal of Noi Bai Airport with your signed name............., following your flight number......., landing at...... . He will warmly pick your family up and take you to your hotel in the city center. Check in the hotel & have your good relaxation after a long flight.
After relaxation, our guide will take you walk to the theatre and we will enjoy Water Puppet Show – A traditional art performance of Vietnam. After that, you will enjoy a welcome dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2. Hanoi City Tour.Overnight in Hanoi City (B,L)
08.00 AM: After breakfast at the hotel, our tour guide will come to the hotel and pick you up, then we will start the Hanoi city tour We will start with a visit to Ho Chi Minh Complex. Here you can visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum where the corpse of Uncle Ho kept there. Next you will visit the Presidential Palace - a nice French architecture in the garden and Ho Chi Minh House on stilt. Visiting the house you will see the simple life of Ho Chi Minh - the president in Vietnamese's spirit forever. We will finish this area with One Pillar Pagoda - one of the most attractions in Hanoi you cannot miss with the special in architecture.
Having lunch and you will continue to the Temple of Literature - The first University of Vietnam.
The next destination will be Museum of Ethnology to learn more about Vietnam Culture.

Next we will explore Hanoi by traveling through the Old Quarter with 36 ancient streets in a traditional cyclo. This slow - speed tour will give your great chance to fully enjoy the classic and modern of the capital.
We will end the tour at about 04.00 PM then it is your free time to go shopping, relax in Hanoi
Day 3. Hanoi - Halong bay, explore Halong bay & overnight on Halong bay Cruise.(B,L,D)
08.00 AM: Our driver will pick you up at the hotel, departing 3.5 hours to Halong Bay – the World Natural Heritage recognized by UNESCO twice.
Upon arrival, embark the cruise and enjoy welcome drink while having tour briefing. A sumptuous lunch will be served on board while the ship sailing further to the Bay, make your time to admire its dramatic limestone islands.You can rest at your leisure on the sundeck or relax in your cabin.
In the afternoon, you will have time to swim in the warm and calm water or get on kayaks of your choice. Kayaking is very easy for all levels and ages to do. Our expert and experienced guide surely instruct you basic paddling steps before leading you to explore the extraordinary beauty of Halong Bay. After 01 hour exploring the bay, we will get back to the cruise for relaxation before attending Cooking class in the late afternoon.

Day 4. Halong bay visit - Hanoi airport for a flight to Hoi An.Overnight in Hoi An (B, L)
We will continue our journey on Halong Bay in early morning. A Tai Chi Class on the sun deck is a must that you should not miss when on cruise.
Sitting on the upper deck; you can relax, sight-seeing while taking photos of the magnificent beauty of the rocky islands rising from the emerald water of the bay.

After breakfast, we will explore Sung Sot cave - one of the finest and widest grottoes of Halong Bay. Next keep cruising and passing the fishing village with its unique way of life.
At 10.30 AM, our boat cruises back to the jetty, and you will enjoy the last moment in the bay before having a traditional Vietnamese lunch.You leave the boat around 12:00 at noon, we go ashore and transfer back to Hanoi.
About 04.30 PM, you will arrrive at your hotel in the Old Quarter, where our private car will wait for you at the hotel, transfer you directly to the airport for your flight to Danang. When arriving in Danang, you will be welcomed and transferred to the hotel by our tour guide and driver.

Day 5. Hoi An Biking Tour to explore local villages in the countryside. Overnight in Hoi An (B,L)
8h00 AM, our guide will meet your family in your hotel lobby, then you will take a leisure biking trip along the country roads.Great to observe traditional Vietnamese rural life as the local people work in the paddy fields. Farmers and water buffaloes working the fields have become a symbol of Vietnamese countryside.This is sure to provide you with a rich array of picture opportunities to share with family and friends. Along the way, watch out for buffalos ploughing rice fields while ducks swim across the top.
Then, you hop off your bicycle to visit Tra Que, a beautiful organic vegetable village - About 150 farmers and 400 owners live on there and cultivate about 20 types of vegetables and herbs such as mint, lettuce, basil, cilantro, broccoli and many more. From the more than 40 hectares of land, 8 tons of vegetables are sold every year. The vegetable growers do not use pesticides or GMOs, using natural fertilizers instead, including seaweed found in the river and harvested by gardeners every morning.

You will take a walk across vast rice fields in the countryside and join a farmer to tend the vegetables & hoe the soil. As you meander through the countryside you will experience the friendliness of the local people greeting you along the way.
The local farmer will teach you all about cultivation methods and how to protect developing vegetable from the insects as well as join the farmers in preparing gardening activities such as raking the ground, sowing, watering greens, transplanting and tending greens.
Continue riding through paddy field, Ba Le market, kindergarten ... until reaching Van Lang fisherman village and Bay Mau coconut water forest - about 7 hectares, surrounded by mangrove forests, canals, houses covered by coconut water leaf.This place had ever been the refuge for people and local soldiers during the Vietnam War. Nowadays, it is famous for providing the most seafood products.
You will be warmly welcomed at Mr. Han – a 3 generations family, taste of green tea and stroll through the village. You will row a basket boat within the hands of skillful locals and discover their techniques of traditional fishery in water coconut forest.
Back Mr. Han’ family for enjoy a foot bath with medicinal herbs, traditional therapeutic practice before getting ready to prepare lunch with a local family. Lunch will feature many local delicacies, such as Tam Huu spring rolls, Banh Xeo local pancakes, grilled fish in banana leaf and others.
After lunch, free time and take a short rest before cycling back to your hotel about 15h30.Overnight in Hoi An
Day 6. Hoi An visit to Ba Na Hills & Golden Bridge - fly to HCM city.Overnight in HCMC (B,L)
08.00AM: Our guide and driver will go to your hotel to pick you up and we will head out of Hoi An to Ba Na Hills. Take Cable Car which gains 5 world scores to Ba Na hills station. Stop at By Night station to visit Vong Nguyet hills, Linh Ung pagoda, The Old Villas of French. Continue moving up by cable car to the Nui Chua Mountain – the top of Ba Na range, visiting Nghinh Phong top, Le Nim Villas, Orchid Garden… Experience hill climbing train (first and unique funicular in Vietnam) and visit an old French cellar (Debay Ancient Wine Cellar), flower garden Le Jardin D’amour.
You should not miss walking on the famous Golden Bridge amid the foggy hills of the mountain, witness the amazing and gorgeous view of Da Nang City.

Afternoon: Free for joining games in Fantasy Park – the third biggest indoor games zone in Vietnam with series of interesting games: 4 – 5D film, skiver, The death race, dinosaur park…
At about 15h00: Transfer from Ba Na Hills to Danang airport. Take flight from Danang to Ho Chi Minh
Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City - one of the most modern cities in Vietnam which give you a fascinating insight into rich culture and history . When arriving at the airport, you will be taken to your hotel to check -in.

Day 7. HCM City & Cu Chi Tunnels Tour. Overnight in HCM city (B,L)
08.30 AM: After breakfast at hotel, your private guide will meet you at your hotel lobby. A one and half hour drive takes you to Cu Chi Tunnels where human knowledge has been enriched by experiencing an web-like tunnels system of more than 200km in length which used to be the shelters of guerrillas during the war against American troops.

After the lunch in the local restaurant, in the afternoon, you will have a city tour including the Reunification Hall, formerly known as the Presidential Palace. It was towards this modern building that Communist tanks rolled on the morning of April 30, 1975, as Saigon fell. This fascinating building is filled with history still fresh in the minds of many. The tour also includes the War Remnants Museum, the Old Post Office and Ben Thanh Market – the central market for the city and one of the liveliest areas.
About 04.30 PM, the tour finshes and you will be dropped off at your hotel and then you are free to relax. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 8. A day tour to visit Mekong Delta.Overnight in HCM city (B,L)
07.30 AM: Today our guide will pick you up at the hotel lobby and take you to Mekong Delta and we will explore the unique life of local people here.
The program will start with a visit of Cai Be floating market. Then, the rowing boat will take you deeper into the countryside on smaller canals to enjoy the peaceful time.
Back to our boat to go across one of the longest river in the world, Mekong River, to come to An Bình Island. Travel on a handmade canal to Ut Trinh home & have a local Vietnamese lunch.

After lunch, we can walk around this orchard & enjoy some cups of tea when listening to the traditional music in the ancient house. Walk in the local village to visit the local workshop to see how to make rice paper, coconut candy, pop-rice... Enjoy some sweets with a cup of hot tea.
Optional biking can be made for a leisure! It will be so amazing to bike on village paths to see the local daily life: orchard, school, church, pagoda, traditional houses and maybe the ancestral ways to pick up fruits in Mekong Delta... Visit the brick kilns where you can see how the local people create beautiful potteries from clay.
The cruise will end at Vinh Long city at about 03.30PM.Then drive back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 9. HCMC - Mui Ne.Overnight in Mu Ne (B)
At 08h00 AM: Your driver will come to your hotel to transfer you from Ho Chi Minh to Mui Ne. After 4-hour driving, you will reach to your accommodation in Mui Ne. Do check-in and free at your leisure.Lunch and dinner on your own.

Day 10. Mui Ne Sightseeing to Sand Dunes & fishing villages. Overnight in Mui Ne (B)
At a scheduled time, our driver will be waiting for you at your hotel lobby. Let's join in an interesting half day tour by Jeep car.
Bau Trang, or the White Sand Dunes, are an immense Saharab range of golden and snow-white dunes, 45 minutes drive from Mui Ne. On the way to the White sand dunes you will see a lot of beautiful landscapes along the nice beach roads.Once you arrive, our driver will show you the way how to go up to the dunes to see the sunrise ( or sunset, depending on your timing), there you also have a chance to hire the quad bike to discover all the highest sand dunes.
After white sand dunes our driver willl take you to the Red sand dunes. There you also have a chance to go sliding on the sands and enjoy the beautiful nature landscapes views.

Then our driver will take you to the Fishing village where you can see and learn the local life activities.
After visiting the Fishing Village, the driver will take you to the lat place name The Fairy Stream where you can spend the rest of the time. The stream cuts across of blood-red, gold and silver sand dunes undulating through the countryside, Freshwater crabs and tasty mud-fish make their home in the stream, whilte dollar birds and kingfishers perch in the branches above. The walk is about 45 minutes for going and returning. Leave your shoes in the jeep, our driver will help you to handle it. You will be wading in ankle-deep cold water all the way to the natural stream and here you will see all the sand block (looks like a canyon) with many different colorful from the nature making.
After that, the driver will take you back to your accommodation.
Day 11. Mui Ne Free & Easy.Overnight in Mu Ne (B)

Day 12. Mui Ne - Ho Chi Minh City for your flight on ward (B)
At a scheduled time, you will be transfered from Mui Ne to Tan Son Nhat airport in Ho Chi Minh city. Then you can take your departure flight back home or to your next destination.
