- All entrance and sightseeing fees following the travel itinerary
- Accomodation: twin/double shared room in Sapa hotel.

- Any additional expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as natural calamities (typhoon, floods), flight delays, rescheduling or cancellations, any accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes etc.
Important Notes
On Day 2, if you prefer not to participate in the long trek from Y Linh Ho to Lao Chai to Ta Van, our tour leader will assist you in visiting an alternative location. Please note that all tickets and transportation fees will be your own payment.
We advise that older adults should not attend the long trek (9 km) due to its challenging nature and potential dangers in rainy conditions. Additionally, trekking is not recommended for individuals with disabilities or children under 6 years old.
Essential Items to Bring
- Please pack warm clothing, a scarf, a hat, or a cap, as Sapa’s weather can be quite unpredictable. It tends to be cold during September, October, November, December, January, February, and March. Due to Sapa’s altitude, fog can also occur in December, January, February, and March.
- Don’t forget to bring trekking shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, and insect repellent. It’s advisable to carry cash in Vietnamese Dong, as the banking ATMs in Sapa don’t work properly somestimes. US Dollars, Euros, and Australian Dollars are accepted in Sapa.
- Finally, consider taking some medicine with you, even though there are chemist shops available in Sapa in case you need assistance.
