My full name is Ban Vu Dinh, or shortly you can call me Mr Ban. I proudly serve as the Sales & Marketing Manager of Golden Holiday Travel, a trusted local licensed travel partner in Vietnam. By this writting, I want to take a moment to share my personal journey in travel business and our commitment to making your travel experience in Vietnam truly unforgettable
After graduating from the College of Foreign Languages at Hanoi National University in 2003, I took part in a career in the travel industry. My journey began as a tour guide, where I spent five enriching years exploring Vietnam’s stunning landscapes and connecting with travelers from around the globe. I then transitioned to sales, working as a sales executive for two years, followed by two years as a tour operating manager for several international travel companies. This diverse experience allowed me to cultivate valuable partnerships with hotels, restaurants, and transfer services nationwide.
Through these years, I gained a profound understanding of various cultures, deepened my love for travel, and, most importantly, learned about the expectations travelers have for top-notch service.
