Hanoi airport pick-up : the beginning journey to explore Vietnam

Normally, when you book our services with the airport pick-up, our sales executives will ask you for your flight information ( flight number, its landing time & its flying route), your signed names, number of people in the group, the hotel you would like to get to….With those information, we will provide to our representatives ( driver or guide ) so they can easily pick your group up and follow the travel itinerary.

On your date of arrival, our guide or driver will hold your SIGNED NAME BOARD at the arrival terninal of your flights (not indoor but a little bit outdoor). When you finish the visa document & pick-up your lugguage, you just come out at the arrival terminal, please, look for your SIGNED NAME BOARD held by the guide or driver. He or she will pick you up and start your booked journey.

Important notes of International Hanoi airport pick-up to our customers.

1.There are two arrival terminals at Hanoi international airport :  A1 & A2 ( they are 50 metters away from eachother)

Basing on your flight number, its landing time and its arrival terminal clearly stated on big TV screens at the airport, our guide or driver will hold your SIGNED NAME BOARD, patiently wait for you ( a little bit outdoor, not indoor).After clearing your lugguages, you come out at the arrival terminal, please, find for your names.In case, you can’t find your name, please, check TV Screens to find out your right arrival terminal (A1 or A2) and go the right terminal – the guide & driver is waiting for you there.

2. Be aware of Taxi Scams.

Since 2017, the driver & guide with SIGNED NAME BOARD have been regulated to stand further outdoor ( just some steps away from the indoor) to pick up their customers (not indoor). When you come to the arrival terminal, please, look for your SIGNED NAME BOARD outdoorly by our driver or guide whose names & contacts were sent to your email by our sales executives.

This new rule of the airport was easily taken advantages of by some taxi scams drivers.They stay indoorly and purposively copy our driver’s SIGNED NAME BOARD .When you come out right at the arrival terminal, they will approach you with your signed name and pick you for their lucrative journey.
