Payment Guidelines for Booking Our Travel Services

When booking our pre-designed or customized Vietnam tours or other travel services, a 30% deposit is required. The deposit can be made using the following methods: Wire Bank Transfer, Online payment gateway by credit cards (Visa or MasterCard), Western Union & PayPal

Notes : Online payment fees are the responsibility of the customer. The remaining balance must be paid in accordance with our terms and conditions. However, for small groups of fewer than 8 participants, the remaining balance may be paid upon arrival in Vietnam, with cash preferred to minimize any online payment fees

1. Wire Bank Transfer with SWIFT Code

Golden Holiday Travel JSC only uses the following company account to receive all payments related to your travel contracts (via payment link with OnePAY or wire transfer with bank SWIFT code), unless otherwise agreed in writing by Golden Holiday Travel JSC.

We do not use personal accounts for any transactions. Any funds transferred to a personal account of any individual/staff member are not the responsibility of Golden Holiday Travel JSC. Customers are kindly requested to carefully verify the account information before making any payments

2. Pay Thru OnePAY Gateway – Online Payment by Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, JCB)

We accept online payments via OnePAY using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or JCB. Online payment fees of 3.6% will be applied to the payment amount.

This is the most popular online payment method chosen by our customers due to its 3D Secure protection and convenience.

How to Make a Payment via OnePAY?

We connect with OnePAY Payment Gateway to accept Online Card Payment (www.onepay.vn). All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standard. Your card information will not be stored at our system (merchant). You will make the online payment through the following steps

1. We will send you a payment link to your email through OnePAY (www.onepay.vn).
2. Select your card type: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or JCB.
3. Enter your card information:

If Your Payment Fails

• Your transaction may fail if the Verified by Visa password is missing or incorrect. After entering your card details and clicking PAY, you may be prompted to input this password.
• If your card is not enrolled in Verified by Visa, you must activate it through your bank’s internet banking.
• Contact your issuing bank for Verified by Visa password assistance if needed, then retry the payment.

Important Notes:

• If a transaction does not pass Verified by Visa, OnePAY will not send it to the issuing bank for authorization. Contact your bank to check the transaction within the Verified by Visa system.
• If your card information is correct but you do not receive a confirmation, do not make another payment. Contact us to verify the transaction and confirm your order.

3. Payment via Western Union (Online/Offline Transfers)

1. Sign up for a Western Union account.

Notes : Online transfers may only be available in certain countries. If online transfer is unavailable, please visit a local Western Union agent to send the payment. All transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender.

4. Payment via PayPal

You may make your deposit or full payment through our PayPal account. We will send a PayPal invoice to your email. Payments can be made using:

• Your PayPal account (if you have one)
• Credit cards (Visa or MasterCard) via our PayPal invoice at www.paypal.com

Notes:

• All PayPal transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• If transferring from a USD account outside the U.S., please add 3.9% + USD 0.30 as PayPal fees to your total.
• If transferring from a non-USD account, please add 3.9% + 2.5% (currency exchange fee) + USD 0.30 to your total.
